Data we receive and why
The contact form collects name, email, selected consultation and message so we can answer your enquiry and take steps requested before a contract. During paid work, we may receive CVs, qualification records, correspondence and invoices necessary to perform the agreement and meet accounting duties. Please redact passport numbers and unrelated sensitive details.
Legal bases and recipients
We process enquiry and service information under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, legal records under Article 6(1)(c), and limited security or business correspondence under legitimate interests in Article 6(1)(f). Hosting, email and accounting providers process only what is needed under appropriate agreements. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Unconverted enquiries are normally deleted after six months. Working copies of consultation documents are deleted within 90 days after completion unless a dispute or legal duty requires longer. Contracts, invoices and required accounting records are retained for statutory German periods.
International transfers
We select providers in Germany or the European Economic Area where practical. If a provider processes data outside the EEA, we require a lawful transfer mechanism such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses and assess supplementary safeguards.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and withdraw consent for future processing. You may complain to a competent data-protection supervisory authority. Contact us first if you would like us to address a concern.
