Consultation appointments
Cancel at least 48 hours before the agreed start for a full refund. With 24–48 hours’ notice, you may reschedule once without charge or request a 50% refund. Cancellations under 24 hours and no-shows are normally non-refundable because the adviser reserved the time and completed preparation.
Reviews and written work
For a document-readiness review cancelled before work starts, we refund the full fee. Once review has begun, we refund the uncompleted portion after deducting time already worked and any purchased, client-approved third-party materials. Completed route notes, annotated reviews and delivered written work are non-refundable unless defective.
Service concerns
Tell us within 14 days of delivery, explain the concern and allow a reasonable opportunity to correct an agreed deliverable. A full or partial refund may be offered where the service materially departed from the written scope and correction is not reasonable. Dissatisfaction with an authority’s decision, processing time or an employer outcome does not by itself make our completed consultation refundable.
How refunds work
Write to info@byte-workhub.digital with your name, invoice number and reason. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 working days; bank processing can add time. Statutory consumer withdrawal and other mandatory rights remain unaffected. If we cancel, you may choose a new appointment or a full refund for the cancelled work.
