Terms of consultation

Terms governing Byte Workhub consultations on employment and foreign qualification recognition in Germany.

Acceptance and scope

By booking or using a Byte Workhub consultation, you accept these terms. We provide independent administrative orientation, document-readiness review and employment application guidance. We do not issue recognition decisions, provide certified translations, place candidates in jobs, or give legal, tax or immigration advice.

Booking and payment

Scope, fee, appointment and delivery are confirmed in writing before work starts. Website prices include German VAT where stated. Invoices are payable by the date shown; this website does not process payments.

Client responsibilities

You must provide accurate, lawfully obtained copies, disclose relevant authority correspondence and protect original records. Official requirements change and may vary by profession and federal state. You remain responsible for applications, deadlines and verifying instructions with the competent authority.

Intellectual property

Our original checklists, route notes and written guidance may be used for your personal application and employment search. They may not be resold, published as templates or presented as official authority material. You retain rights in documents you supply.

Liability

We perform agreed services with reasonable care. Recognition outcomes, authority processing times, employment decisions and third-party services remain outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, liability for ordinary negligence is limited to foreseeable loss arising from breach of an essential contractual duty. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health.

Ending the engagement

Either party may end future work in writing. Fees remain due for work already completed and committed third-party costs. Cancellation details appear in our refund policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Mandatory consumer protections and statutory jurisdiction rules remain unaffected. Contact info@byte-workhub.digital with a question about these terms.
